Hi - I'm Anna!

An Auckland based Photographer and a lover of beautiful light and colours,

travelling to new and exciting places, watching the sunrise from my deck with a strong coffee in hand and sharing a laugh and a glass of wine

with good friends at the end of the week.

And I’m absolutely passionate about wedding photography and family photography!

Nothing is more exciting than documenting the beauty of real life and creating stories of what is happening in front of me.

Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, I came down to New Zealand 18 years ago after having spent a few years travelling to some pretty amazing countries.

I met my Kiwi husband in London and followed him down here “for a year or so”,

but instead of heading back to London as originally planned, we decided to make Auckland home. After a few years in the city we now live on a cool little rural property just outside Helensville with our three awesome kids, two cats and our Border Collie Bennie, and I still love calling New Zealand home.

When I’m not shooting, you’ll find me hanging out at the beach with my family,

doing kickboxing, trying my hands at gardening or scouring op-shops for some

cool retro stuff to add to my already vast collection at home!

My aim is to add running and learning Spanish or French to this list too!

My photography style can be described as a combination between documentary wedding photography and contemporary portraits, and is all about telling your story.

I take a gentle, unobtrusive approach and everything I shoot is as honest and natural as possible. I love to capture real moments and emotions, and all the little details that make memories so precious. I want you to look back at the images in the years to come and be transported back to how you felt. After all, the most important relationships are the ones you have with the people you love. That is what I want my images to reflect.

Aside from wedding photography, I also do engagement photography, family photography and commercial & branding photography.

If you like what you see, I would love to hear from you!
