Matakana Wedding | Kerry & Andrew
Kerry and Andrew followed their beautiful Matakana Wedding in the quaint little St Andrews church with an awesome reception at The Stables.
Their day was filled with so much laughter, happy tears and vibrant florals that one could not but smile the whole day! They had guests come from all over New Zealand and around the world too, to celebrate their beautiful day.
Kerry looked absolutely wonderful in her Anna Schimmel lace dress matched with a stunning necklace that she was given by Andrew. She couldn’t hold back the tears as she walked down the aisle to become Mrs Jowett!
When I first met Kerry and Andrew, they knew exactly what they wanted on their special day – colour – lots of colour and no black and white images. Oh, and moody skies too!
Kerry told me that she was growing her own sweet peas for her bridal bouquet, and they, along with her bridesmaids’ bouquets that she also made herself, made a stunning explosion of colours. And those skies certainly delivered too!
I don’t think that the day could have been any more perfect for them.
The sun threatened to come out a little bit at times, but we managed to keep it away as those rich moody clouds were rolling in for the bridal photos. They purposely chose the photo location for the colours!
A couple of months ago we headed up to Matakana to check out the venue and take some engagement photos. Head over here to have a look at them.
They are such a super gorgeous and fun couple and I am honoured that they had me be a part of their special day.
Thank you both so much, I wish you all the happiness together!
